Gaming Need a hand with naming a game

So I was at ACMI (Australian Center of Moving Image) and I was playing this game which was amazing, but I didn't know the name.
I asked the staff, and they had no clue, so I thought I'd ask you gaming folk.

I took a video and uploaded it.

Reminds me of Blade Runner. Great first person rail controls, kind of like Sin and Punishment.

But it is some sort of futuristic game, and it looks like you can ride different objects. I wanna play it now...

Edit: What was being said in the game? I couldn't make it out because two guys were yapping, loudly I might add.

I think your best bet is gonna be to try to find info about a game with a quest/mission where the objective counter is "32 robots active".

Unfortunately I tried looking and I just can't find anything that bears any resemblance or relevance.

Looks a lot like Unreal Tournament 3 to me. I could be wrong, as I haven't actually played the game, but I'm probably not.

Based off of the minimap and the "Hoverboard" text I'm gonna say you definitely found a match.

Sadly, I can't find the exact level (I have an inkling it's a mod as it was near a mod section at the place) but it's nice to know the name of the game.
If anyone knows the exact level etc., it'd be appreciated.
