I really dont know much about the Emulation Scene so just a few questions.
Mods, move this to the right place if im in the wrong place.

Right now i have a DS lite. I'm aware i need a Flash cart and a pass key.

Any recommendations? Am i missing anything?

And what does flashing my DS lite do?

I'd suggest a superkey/passcard 3 and either a G6 Lite or an EZFlash 4 Lite for your nintendo DS Lite

i'd suggest a flashing and a G6 Lite.

I have a micro and ezflash III 1gbit. Gonna get a flashing on my DS lite, rock the EZIII for a little bit untill a perfect fitting, removable memory cart is available. (basically a EZ that fits/looks like G6)

I suggest the "NDS-Flashing Hardware and Software" section.

Actually reading a few of the threads in there wouldn't go amiss either.

Does nintendo update their games like psp so i will have to renew passkeys?
If i flash my NDS with passkey 2, get i upgrade it to passkey 3?
Will a chinese M3 beable to be updated to english?
I heard the SUPERCARDS are bad quality. Is this true? Such as corrupt saved files and a lot of power consumption.
Lastly, what does flashing a DS do?
Oh, any is there a limit to the size of the SD card flash carts can read? I have a 2gb sd-card right now. Will that work with supercard or M3?

Flashing your DS eliminates the need for a passme device, so you can play DS applications/roms without inserting passme/passkey or whatnot on the ds cart. Also, if you have Flashme installed in your DS, you can "unbrick" your DS if it is "bricked" by an trojan or something of that sort.
