Hacking NDSGBA - Freeze when I load .cht file?

I created a .cht file for NDSGBA via ar2cht.
There are the @ #, but why do it keep freezing when I load?
I used the txt I uploaded.
So, can someone help me?

Have you tried a cheat file that's NOT 90 billion lines long?
