Homebrew NdsCRC acting normal when it stops working

If I put a batch of ROMs in the unknown folder, it either likes them all or doesn't like any of them.

So if I put 1000+ in there, it fails to death, if I put a random batch of 100, it works, if I put another random batch of 45-100 or whatever, it goes, then it just stops and doesn't tell me why it's messing up.

I made sure none of the files were 0kb.

Any ideas?

Been working on this still, it seems like there may be trouble ROMs and when it hits one, it closes the dialog box and doesn't show me what it might be.
