are there any tools which lets you convert .swar and .ssar files in to a recognizable windows format?

tnx alot for that link i searched most of the forum but the links weren't working properly

this is much easier than using the method of separating .sdat then using sdattool.exe which is what i did before it but only reached to the point where i was able to convert sseq to midi's with the sseq2midi.exe
