Why a DS lite is switching on and off repeatedly, if power switch is not present and all solding pads (6) are removed too?

Maybe because it sees static noise instead of a low or high signal? I would have expected the board to have pull up/pull down resistors somewhere though

Correct me if I'm wrong... The only pads that must be connected are labeled with 1 and 2, others are not neccesary... ?

There is a short somewhere because R button is activated ramdomly. It's frustrating...

I want to post that I have solved the problem. Maybe one of those fuses was harmed with the soldier. I have painted them with silver paint in order to helping to pass the electricity. After that, I solded the new switch and the console was repaired :)
