Hacking NDS Lite Serial Numbers

Have there been enough of them in the wild now to tell by serial number whether or not its a referb unit..

like with harddrives may be a wd120 or a wd120R for referb?

Well I'm not sure about the number but I know the sticker for the refurbished ones are a little blurrier than the new ones.

I got mine back. The orignal was a glossy looking sticker, the new one looks more printed. Also the last digit has an underline under it. I belive my unit was simply repaired.
