Hacking NDS Games freeze

Hello all,

i bought a r4i gold 3ds plus from here. The question is, from where i get a firmware to play my nds backups. I have not so much from them. But many backups freezes after starting them. And i apologize for the bad english. But i hope you understand what i mean.

As far as i know, the R4i Gold 3DS Plus (with the “+” printed on) is almost the same card as the R4i Gold 3DS – with the additional switch for ntrboot.
My R4i Gold 3DS without “+” works flawlessly with

wood akmenu 1.64 2013-11-08 (Downloaded from the address printed on the flashcard)

Maybe the micro-SD is bad or badly formatted? Do the steps 1-4 from this post.

Other ideas:

• The R4i Gold 3DS has builtin AP-fix – even Pokemon black/white (1/2) have no problems. If your ROMs are manually AP-patched it may cause some trouble (at least DeSmuME FAQ says so, don’t know if this applicable on flashcards).
• Bad roms.
• If some (newer) games crash directly, maybe AP-patching does not work or is turned off.

Back up the SD card and try to format it. Not sure if it’ll help but that’s usually the first thing I do when my flashcard freezes like that.

I tried and formatted another sd card for now. And i think it is fine atm. But thank you very much for spending your time
