Hacking NDS File Deleting

Sometime's when I delete a game from my micro sd card it just stays there it says it has 0bytes and i try to delete it but it wont let me why is that? anybody know?

Basically, your MicroSD card is most likely partially corrupt. You can prevent that by formatting it nicely with the Panasonic SD Formatting tool.

Mine does that every once and awhile, and a good format prevents it from happening again until the MicroSD hiccups again.
