xxx.nds and xxx.ini has to be on the root of my MicroSD or can I place it anywhere?

Best place it in your root, never tried it in a subir

Game gets ripped and trimmed asap

(Dunno if it trims correct for WiFi games)

Can I use my almost full MicroSD to make a backup but still enough space left for it dump it on my MicroSD?
