I removed the jumper and measured RA2 again and all of the other arrays.
Turns out that when I do the red wire connection between the trace and RA2, that resistor in the array doesn't measure anything.
The picture bellow shows the other arrays values
pic: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jp911mqfbipyzno/ReworkedTrace2.png?dl=0
Yellow: aprox. 51k ohms all
Red (RA2 from left to right): 1 (open res), the other three are all aprox. 100ohms
Dark blue: 55k ohms
Pink: all open (not measuring anything)
Purple: aprox 176-180 ohms
Why when I redo the trace the RA2 first res in the array doesn't measure?
EDIT: the error code has changed:
BOOTROM 8046
ERRORCODE: 00F800FE
00000000 00000000
00000200 00400000
