Hacking NAND Dump with Gateway 3DS but different hashes everytime

I decided to use the Gateway Ultra launcher to dump the sysNAND and to see if I could get it the launcher to run. I can successfully launch the Gateway launcher and dump the sysNAND to SD card. Here is where it gets dicey, no matter how many times I dump the sysNAND, I always get different MD5 hashes. I am not sure if it is actually safe to flash back, if the need arises and currently have no NAND mod on the 3DS XL. The only thing I can think of is because I launch the Gateway menu multiple times, one per dump, so that I can copy the NAND.bin file from SD card. Did anybody dump their sysNAND using Gateway NAND dumper, if so do you get different hashes every time? did you restore your sysNAND with the Gateway backup from NAND.bin and not experience any brick?
I find it odd to have a non matching MD5 check-sum. I used the link provided by Gateway on their website.

The NAND changes every time you power on so your way will never have matching hashes. Only way to have matching is a hard mod were you can dump to a computer multiple times without restarting.

If you want to feel a little safer open the dump in a hex editor and it will have one small part unencrypted and plain text at offset 0x4000 that should say "FAT 16" if it says that you should be fine. Note the unencrypted part is only on XL's not regular.

I thought as such, but wasn't quite sure. I did see the part where it does say "FAT16 but at a slightly different offset. "NO NAME FAT16" is what it shows to be precise and I recall in another thread at offset x100 it should show "NCSD" and mine does.

I think according to the info I read the 0x4000 offset was the start of the unencrypted block. So the text was shortly after that I just never paid enough attention just scrolled to roughly the right are and saw the text which was enough for me. I had not heard of the NCSD but just found it in mine also. Nice to know more info.
