It looks similar enough (revision 3 perhaps?)
while its interesting, its just not worth the price of admision to me. (100 bucks. no thanks :( )

if you feel capable, dissasemble it and provide pics?

At least My Arcade is using the Namco arcade roms now with this collection. I have their standalone Dig Dug unit running the crappy NES version.

the standalones use NOC (nes on a chip) type of setups. Their more expensive units have historically used android + mame
hence why id imagine Arugula Z.

I may be able to provide guidance as I wrote a loader for the prior incarnation of this.

$100 is too rich for my blood, but I'm on the fence about the Data East system. Found it elsewhere for a quarter of that price, and that's a lot more tempting.
