PS2 is not really powerful enough for N64 emulation, maybe just barely in the CPU department but in the RAM there just simply isn't enough space to run an emulator and a ROM in the same space.

The PS2 even has trouble running SNES games some of them run nearly full speed but others simply do not run at all, SuperFX games.

So N64 is way out of the realm of possibility unfortunately.

Amazingly wikipedia has a good list of emulators on the PS2.

Edit:
It is surprising to me that the PS2 does have emulation of the NeoGeo and from what I hear its not half bad.
Come to think of it I never tried any NeoGeo on the PS2 or the Dreamcast, might give it a whirl on the Wii though. There is a handful of cool NeoGeo games I wouldn't mind trying out
