n3ds_keysector_retail.bin help?

I have been interested in using the tool Kuriimu. When I attempted CIA decryption, it told me I needed three files, two of which I've found. The one I have not found is n3ds_keysector_retail.bin (also known as secret_sector.bin). The only source of the file I could find was a post on these forums who hid the bin file inside an image that could supposedly be opened using WinRAR or 7-Zip. I don't know if this is a restriction in newer versions of 7-Zip, if it doesn't work anymore, or if I messed up somehow, but I wasn't able to do it with 7-Zip. WinRAR didn't work either. I have found no other information on where/how to get this file. I would appreciate information on how to get the file.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, secret_sector.bin (or sector0x96.bin) is considered to be problematic in copyright sense.

On The Guide it is only present as Magnet link inside the A9LH to B9S page:

You can dump it from any "New" type console with Godmode9 from [S:] SYSNAND VIRTUAL

Shouldn't be too hard to find online, but I'm afraid it is against GBAtemp rules to share it.
