Hardware N3ds Recovery mode problem

Browser wont open, i already tried that

Looks all free entry points are dead. If you have OOT or ninjhax, you might be able to get into homebrew again and try to fix it. But other than that, that 3ds is broken unless you are good with a soldering iron and hard mod it.
