Hacking N3DS on 9.6-U help

So i've got a N3DS on a 9.6-U and i want to put a CFW on it.

I can use the browserhax/menuhax to do the downgrading process, but after that, how do i install a CFW? and which one is the best for the N3DS? And how do i launch it through the DS profile?
