Homebrew N3DS downgraded to 9.2U, now how to create Nand backup?

I've tried launching EmuNand9 and Decrypt9-WIP from the hombrew launcher via menuhax, but it cycles a red screen and goes back to homebrew launcher. Any help?

Is that the reason why I got a Nintendo error screen at the end of my downgrade, stating that I had to power it off? That signifies a partial downgrade? I used safesysupdater, and the files were verified as being "good"
