You could check out the new SafeSafeSysUpdater

It was when it happened to me, samething

I had to use 9.2 payloads but almost everything failed to run, except game cards would work not even browser hax worked

So I ran D9 injected sysupdater and run via mini pasta and it completed

That way it does not need an exploit to run, it already has full system access

Well, it worked! Thank you so much Gcentrex and to everyone else that helped. This really made my week, if you guys wouldn't have helped me I would have just ended up upgrading then trying to downgrade in the new fashion, which I probably would have bricked with. Thank each and every one of you for taking so much time to help me out.

From what I've been seeing the newer SysUpdater that relies on svchax is much more stable. You may want to try upgrading and then downgrading using that if all else fails.
