Hacking n card pokemon platinum save problems

hi all
Okay trying to play pokemon platinum on our ds,has a n card(1gb) most other games seem to work fine but this one,played for about 4 hours then saved game but everytime we load back up it starts a new game,save present according to main screen,I think we have firmware 2.54 for the n card,reading I now realise this may be due to the save file space but can anyone tell me how to sort this out without messing up the ds,updating our wii firmware caused alot of problems so want to make sure am doing it right

i have the same problem just now is qhit all my games

no one save data ! ! !

some times when i restar my ds

stars like new game again ! ! !
