Well,
I looked into the ways of making a homebrew application. I realized. My manic episodes that make me want to develop this tool also cause a short attention span that inhibit me from actually creating one.
Anyways, this is my concept.
If anyone ever decides to make this happen you will make one bipolar girl very happy. This is my visual explanation of the application:

Have any questions just ask, i wanted to throw this idea out there because its something i know I would use religiously, and I can say that anyone who has a therapist that wants them to keep a mood journal would appreciate too. Yes. I'm a nut, but the people here impress me every day. I thought it never hurts to put your idea out there.

feel silly but i have yet to get ds organize to actually work ive tried redoing it several times and i still have yet to get it to run right so im not sure. And like I said, this is my concept. I know no scripting >_

Its been about 6 months since I last tried. Right now I have a SuperCard DSOnei
edit
So i feel really stupid right now. I spent a lot of time re inventing the wheel for my explanation of what I was looking for when someone already did it for the blackberry -_-;;
Guess new question would be: Is it possible to turn black berry appsinto nds apps?

Interesting idea, I hope someone will help you out. There's a homebrew bounty going on right now though, so maybe you would have more luck asking later when people aren't as busy making something for that.

As for this, no. Unless the source code is provided (which it isn't for the application you are linking), you have to create the program from scratch if you want it on another platform. With skill in reverse engineering it's possible to disassemble applications into assembly language and recreate the application based on that, but that's not something you could do well without several years worth of knowledge.

QUOTE(Multiskin @ Feb 10 2011, 04:19 PM) very hard to do, because that ds doesn't have that much memory....
The DS's memory limitation is highly irrelevant for this application. 4MB is more than enough memory to display and manage a simple interface and any relevant user data can be stored in files, how exactly are you expecting it to run out?

hey how big is the micro sdcard if it is higher than 2 GB it will not work cause i bough a 4gb and load it on my ARdsi on my ds lite cow kept dancing forever and went back out and bought a 2gb msd and it work is it ddil patch =) that all i got to help u so mabey your desighn go through btw what version if it was v3.2 try the previous version i think it was 3.11 some big number

Lol alright,
So good idea, bad timing. Got it.
Well Guess since most of the people that would be able to help have other projects (not a surprise i just wasn't thinking when i was posting) more questions are to follow such as:
What would be the best way for me to go about creating this particular app? Essentially its a pretty excel sheet with a line graph... but transferring the idea to DS is going to be a lot harder than that.

I don't mind taking a stab at it if people wont mind my infinite questions. Specially when I get stuck, or frustrated.

Also noticed somethin about DS Organize, i us a DSiXL, noticed a lot of people have problems with it for the DSi so now i don't feel so silly.
