Hardware My wiimote wont stop turning off after being shuck a few times

I've been playing wii sports and it started happening in boxing, but its been happening before that aswell,
I replaced the batterys and even cleaned it but still nothing works, can i get some help to please?

did you completely resynchronize your wiimote with the wii?

would the system power off with a missing battery? I know you have to remove the battery when opening up the system, and that battery is the cmos battery, I believe.

Had that on one Wii Remote. In this case a reflow of the main battery contacts solved the issue.
This could have other reason though.
