My syscheck results: What do i do?

I'm new to this forum so apologies if I'm not well versed with things here. I've been trying to install Nintendont, but I've been getting a "Failed to load IOS58 from NAND" message. I tried everything from updating HBC, to trying to install IOS58 from d2x cIOS Installer, to using IOS58 installer (which gave me a "installation failed" message). I was told to do a syscheck and to see what needs to be installed:
SysCheck ME v2.5.0 by blackb0x, JoostinOnline, Double_A, R2-D2199 and Nano
...runs on IOS58 (rev 65535).

Is there anything I need to do???

Update (4/15/25) - Followed the advice from the comments and I was able to reinstall the IOSs affected using Modmii Syscheck Wizard. However Nintendont still gives me a "Failed to load IOS58 from NAND, LoadKernal () error 5 occurred, returning -1." error message. Is there a fix at all for this?

Update (again) (4/17/25): Forgot to put on the main thread here but turns out I forgot to actually install the IOSs via YAWMM, so I did so, followed my Modmii guide and now Nintendont works.

Your ios 58 is patched nintendont needs the official ios 58 drag and drop your syschk.csv into modmii.exe and it will fix your outdated ios install all the wads it gives you.

Yeah use modmii. You will need to reinstall most of your IOSes because they're patched with Trucha Bug. Modmii should give you all the IOS wads you need to reinstall.

Also this is the first time I see an "IOS90" on a console. What's that?

FYI, You can't install IOS58 from d2x, it's limited to cIOS (and I'm pretty sure it won't let you install in any slot < 200)

That's actually very clever haha, to do that to prevent losing homebrew if a future update were to be released.

Run ModMii syscheck updater, you seemingly have DARKCORP installed.
