My switch games say that i need to update my switch firmware

I tried to update my switch firmware with aio switch updater but it still doesn't work. I want to update the firmware, but i am not sure what would happen if i connect to the internet and update it from the settings

I always suggest updating on sysnand, dumping the update, and install that on emunand. Assuming you are already on the latest atmosphere.

download firmware and extract to your sd card root, boot into emunand and run baybreak to update firmware. make sure you select fat32 + exfat option when asked.

As @sudeki300 mentioned above. Don't forget to update Atmosphere, Hekate and sigpatches first, if you need to, then you update the firmware.
