OP
The sd card I use for my 3ds running Luma cfw has met an untimely demise. It's not something I can test with h2testw anymore, and yes, I tried, but it's not a corrupted sd card, it's a physically damaged one. The thing is, I'm not sure what files I need other than Luma itself, .3dsx files, cias, godmode9, and the homebrew channel. Do I need to reinstall boot9strap? I was running Luma 9.1 on 11.5.

No need to reinstall b9s, and if you did set up luma3ds ctrnand, you don't need the boot.firm. what you do need is the gm9 folder in the root and the payload to put in the luma payloads folder.
Cias games + saves are gone, reinstall them.
you also need boot.3dsx for homebrew.
im pretty sure you can just do https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup
and skip steps like backing up files if you already did + setting luma ctrnand (if you already did it)
