Hacking My Rednand apparently got bricked

I was playing BOTW on Rednand and then normally turned off my console. After some time I decided to to play again and for my surprise when I was trying to load Rednand it just froze. I tried several times and the same thing keeps happening. I would like to know... If I delete all my games from my HDD and transfer only my savedata to the wii u system memory, will savedata is going to work anyway? Because I can't access my games anymore from system and I would like to migrate to mocha cfw
