I'm calling Shenanigans on this... he said in his first post he got a PHONE NUMBER to call, then he says about an email that will take 2 days... nope... not gonna fool me...

Post the phone number, or the entire message you got. Or record your phone convo with Nintendo...

SHENANIGANS!!

He most likely just emailed Nintendo's technical support email address iinstead of calling them directly. I know for one would find it akward to call up Nintendo and be accused of stealing.

Thats weird, cause I just tried to play some online Brawl (against anyone) about 2 hours ago and I was in the practice area for like 30 minutes... Coincidence?
I just call it a shitty online network. I've been able to play my japanese burnt copy online more times than my fucking legit disk. Granted I haven't tried in well over a month...

My Nintendo Account was once deactivated before even someone know that Wii uses wads. I called Nintendo via e-mail and I have my account even now.

Same thing happened to my friend, his account was deactivated and from what he can tell, his online access has also been revoked on his Wii. He can't get the WiFi to work after his account was deactivated. It really suck for him, because it was the families Wii and not specifically his.

Yes , thats because online in brawl sucks.

Hmm, I'd better not install the Nintendo Download Channel before I get owned by Nintendo. I don't need it anyways, seeing as my Wii is chipped and my DS has a 1-Slot flashcart.

Nintendo e-mailed me once, asking me if I would like to keep my Club Nintendo account because I hadn't used it in a long time. I think it's the same thing, I doubt you're banned.

looks like someone is in need for some attention here

I've installed WADs, visited the WiiShop channel (after installing WADs), even attempted to download ones before they fixed the ticket issue (just to try it), and even temporarily opted in to the Nintendo Channel (before I removed the damn thing because it's a stupid program). All with My Nintendo account linked

My Nintendo account is still active.

Same as me. Exactly the same.

My nintendo account has been deactivated and reactived before, months ago.

They de-activated mine too cos I didn't respond to an email they sent asking if they can collect all my personal information. Bast... oh, can I swear on here?

Phew! False alarm. I just got a reply saying that your account gets deactivated if your email detects it as spam. So it still seems as though Nintendo still doesnt care.
