I used The Settings

FULL (Erase ON)
and
Format Size Adjustment On

Are you sure the MicroSD card reader you're using doesn't protect it from writing? Most MicroSD card readers that go in an SD slot have a nob on them for protection. Try and see if there is one and move it to the opposite side. USB readers might have one of them too.

Format again using the same tool but don't use "Format Size Adjustment". Might do the trick.

I tried it still said "The Memory Card is write-protected. Please release the write protect switch"

Long story short... It's dead. Same thing happened to a Usb drive of mine. I looked for ages trying to fidn a way to fix it but apparently theres no way. Every website where people had this problem people answered with the same generic responses "Check for switch" "Get a new memory card reader" "format it" Nobody knew exactly what it was or what caused it and there was no way to fix it. Sorry.

have you gotten a new reader yet?

I had the same problem, with the M3 MicroSD reader that came with the M3i0. It worked, and after a while i only got the WRITE PROTECTED message.

Changing readers helped the problem.
