so it's definitely nothing cIOS related .....
When you reinstalled cfg loader you erased the usb-loader folder in the root of the sd card?
Also if you have a flash drive formatted with fat32 try putting the wbfs folder & a small game inside & see if cfg loader recognize it.

That's no cIOS problem for sure, and also no loader problem. It's just very strange that it stopped working without changing settings. Get a pen drive and see if cfg-loader detects it. Oh and cfg-loader doesn't work at all, it just runs the 30 seconds timeout and then quits?

Yes i deleted that folder as well, i just took everything off the SD and put the newly downloaded CFG USB folder + usb-loader folder on there, i don't have a flash drive atm, only a samsung s1 mini wich is not compatible (atleast thats what the compatibility list says) , i tried it tho, no luck.

And @FIX94; CFG loader does start up, then it tries to find the HDD but no luck

Alright, thats prolly corruption then. You must know usb loaders are very detailed and if some small point is not correct it doesnt work anymore. I recommend you to backup you hdd and then re-format everything using easeus partition master.

I guess i can try that, gnna take a while backing up 600gb

i'll let ya know how it worked after it's done xD

After formatting it to Fat32 > Putting a game on it with Wii backup manager, No luck
Formatted to WBFS > put a game on it with wii backup manager, no luck

Any other ideas? :(
