Homebrew RELEASE My homebrew re-compiled with 12.0.0 support

Switch firmware 12.0.0 breaks all homebrew from before approximately December 2019 with crash on startup. All those homebrew have to be re-compiled with a newer version of libnx.

I just finished re-compiling my Switch homebrew.
