It's not my best work, it's actually my first, I got lazy after a while, but it matches my ava+sig. Based off of those edits(both by me, not the picture, but edits)
Just some cheap effects in Photoshop CS4. I only made 1024x768 because when I had the original one on the home computer, my mom saw and didn't like it... "too violent" she said.
So it's only for my old laptop.
