Ok so i am an idiot and lost my charger and decided to force an MP3 charger into my charging port:

It would charge but after a few charges, it wouldn't charge it anymore and most of the bits inside the charging port were ripped out of the DS:

So what do i do from here?

Buy a new DS, obviously. Sell that one on Ebay or something as a broken DS and get your money out of it. A lot of hackers buy used/broken NDS's and use the screens, or fix them up and sell them. (me)
Prolly get $30-$40 out of it, that's something toward a new DS.

For DSi:

For DSlite:

I assume this is the replacement socket judging by the title, and you'll have to open your DS and replace the part that you broke.

Edit: Upon closer inspection, those probably aren't it.
Edit 2: Never mind, looks like it's right. DX has enough pieces to basically build a DSlite from the ground up.

so what i do is buy that and rip the rest out of my chargind socket and replace it with that?

Not rip out. You'll have to open up your DS, carefully remove the piece in its entirety that you broke, and solder in the new piece.

Opening up a DS is risky period. There are lots of sensitive pieces you can easily break if you aren't careful, and the insides are very susceptible to anything that might get in there. You will also need soldering skills, otherwise I wouldn't bother, as you're bound to do more harm than good. I imagine you wouldn't need to get too far into the DS to find that piece though, so there shouldn't be too much risk overall.

Still though, the ability to solder is a must. Also, get a proper charger.

It's is not dangerous.
First I'd learn to solder if you don't know how to yet, watch alot of videos and buy a good soldering iron with solder.
Go to dealextreme where you are buying that socket from and buy this: http://tinyurl.com/3eh7c5g which will enable you to unscrew the special screws that nintendo uses.
Turn power to your system off.
Unscrew all screws. Having trouble? Here use this guide: http://tinyurl.com/43weq8j
Once all the screws are undone take the battery door off (located to the right to the system in the above guide) and take the battery out. It is also a good idea to discharge yourself somehow before doing so.
No take of the back shell of the NDSL and you will be faced with a motherboard.
Locate the broken socket and heat up all the solder joints and get rid of the solder from them so you can remove it, this tool can help you get the solder off the board: http://tinyurl.com/439bywe
Now solder the new socket to the board.
Make sure your solder joints are okay and put the back shell back on.
insert the battery and the battery cover.
Before adding all the screws to the holes hold the system together tightly so the battery doesn't fall out and test if it will charge with a charger: http://tinyurl.com/3g8ryor
Note that if you power on the system and take the battery out when it's on that it will short circuit and won't ever work again.
If it doesn't charge then see if your solder is touching any other components and if it is desolder it and solder it back on so that it is touching other components.
Also if you need more help please ask.

Once you open it for the first time, it's fairly easy.

If I were you, I'd watch lots of videos on youtube.

BTW some parts of the DS are stuck in my MP3 charger and i want to charge my MP3 but they won't come out...

Get a new charger for that too. You broke both plugs. The MP3 charger probably uses a simple, easy to find plug though.
