Hacking My 3DS is trolling me?!

Today I got my Gateway and installed some CIAs, but everytime I restart my 3DS and go to emuNAND, the CIAs are in a different order. Is my 3DS trolling me?

Unlink sys/emunand. Format sysnand with the SD card out of the 3DS.

you must change the position of the cias in the sysnand too.

I wouldn't care which order they are in as long as I can access it and my saves. I'll be damn if I have to start over.

with me the order got a bit mess but oe this is that everytie I boot emunand, the cia come on the gift box õ3o this is common to happen?

remove your SD from the 3DS, turn 3DS on, go to opitions and something about format ..
I'm not sure i I woud do that .. I wnated my stuff in miiplaza linked (I see this not happen with linked emunand lol) ad I fer stuffs with contact list etc o-o
