I wonder if it's possible to run Mario Paint Composer DS in twlight, since i tried some things, but it either booted to a white screen or "Failed to initialize filesystem"

I've updated my boxart downloader because it felt sad to let it go and it was a nice practise for multiplatform and DSi code. :p

Man if only we could get DScovered integrated with this.
Especially now that TwilightBoxArt is alive again

....or we can somehow get the DS Pico boxart cover flow launcher in Twilight Menu++?

I really want that cover flow boxart launcher 😄

I've been playing open agb firm's latest update which added .bgr backgrounds to 1:1 scaling, so you can put a GBA frame kind of like the Virtual Console. Honestly a game changer.

What are the odds we could figure out how to do something similar for DS on Twilight Menu? It would fix all the scaling problems. I always get stuck having to choose between tiny and blurry.

On the latest twilightmenu++, the Urbz can’t be played directly from dstti demon flashcart, but can be played from twilightmenu 3ds and then load from slot-1.
Should I just downgrade the flashcart version?

Which "Game Loader" setting are you using?

Sorry for the late reply.
Downgrading nds-bootstrap up to v2.9.1 still doesn’t make The Urbz (USA) works directly from dstti-demon be it on n3ds or dslite.
It still runs normally if launched from n3ds twilightmenu and then launch slot-1 card after nds-bootstrap downgrade though.
Is there any way to log the issue?

Nothing more is logged after the patches are applied, so no.

Hello,

I have a question about my microSD card. I've been having some issues with it and want to rule out potential causes. It has a capacity of 128 GB and I assigned it a 32 KB cluster size. Is that the correct setting or should I have assigned a 64 KB cluster size?

Are you using a DSi or a 3DS?

I've seen people on Reddit forums say that the 32KB cluster size works better for them, while others claim 64KB is better. That’s why I’ve been unsure. Although, it is true that the 3DS Hacks page specifies 64KB for 128GB cards: https://3ds.hacks.guide/formatting-sd-(windows).html.
Yes. In GUIFormat, choosing 65536 will make the SD card use 64KB cluster/allocation size.

EDIT: I misread "it is true" as "is it true".

I recently bought a original 3ds XL online for quite a good price. It seems great and plays 3ds games very well. It did have a few issues such as light scratching and the game card slot was not working.

I downloaded Twilight++ on the console and decided to play a few games. However these games have the oddest bugs. I have tested these games on another 3ds and they work 100% fine.

I so far have tested 2 games. Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies which has all NPCs and Monsters as black textures. It is also missing all dialog in the dialog box.

Pokemon Black is missing pokemon sprites from the intro cut scene and is basically just a background texture with pokemon music playing (when the narrator throws a pokeball all i can do is hear it and see a successful capture animation. No pokeball or pokemon.

Ive tried reinstalling TW++ and so on and have also tried NDS Forwarder Generator.

Open TWLMenu++ Settings, switch to the "Misc settings" page, and make sure the "Screen Color Filter" setting is set to "Default". If you are using DS Phat colors as well, make sure to turn that setting off in the per-game settings menu.
