how to fix this?? It happen after upgrade my sd card from 32gb to 64gb

My 3ds cant read sd card, but godmode9 can read sd card

Move the files onto your computer and reformat your 64 sd card. Make sure to make it "fat32" Then put the files back onto the SD card.
If that doesnt work, format the sd card to fat32, then put it in the 3ds w/o the files. Once it sets up, then move the old files onto the sd card and have it overwrite any files with the same name.

format the SD card as fat32. if there isn't that option then use gui format to do so.
