Gaming MW2 Problem

I wanted to play some MW2 online, so I redeemed a trial code, however, anytime I try to play Xbox LIVE, I get "The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE". I can play Reach online fine. I've waited about an hour and I still can't play. Anyone know what's up?

Did you try restarting your Xbox after inputing your trial code?

You might also want to check any parental settings that could be interfering with your profile.

edit: I had this problem after imputing a 3-month code, but I can't remember exactly what I did to solve it.

I've restarted it 2 or 3 times already. I never set any parental settings on my profile so it couldn't be that. Oh well, some people say you just gotta wait a little bit for it to work.
