I have my snes roms in the gamepak folder of BAGSFC. They're divided into two separate folders (A-M and N-Z). I also have the snemulds emulator on my card. Is it possible to edit the CFG file to have 2 rom paths? I have it set up to find the A-M folder but it can't find the N-Z folder.

Not to my knowledge. You'll need to put them all in a single folder (which can be problematic if you're using an older device that still uses FAT16, where it's best not to have more than 256 items in the same folder).
