You can use the GCOS Multigame ISO creator to create them. They should work fine on NeoGamma R9 (if the game is compatible).

And it's better to use DVD-R, as DVD+R causes the Wii's disc drive to work harder.

bullshit, 98% of my wii games are on dvdr+ media and my wii still loads wii games fine.

true DVD+R is superior to -R in every way on the physical level. it's less susceptible to defects, and actually easier to read. the reason ppl recommend -r is that it's pretty much idiot proof. if you use a sw mod or flat cable hw mod (limited in the same way) it will accept +R only when the booktype is set to ROM. and yes gcos is the way to go, it will boot right away with a hw mod.
