Hi All

Is there anyway to get multiple disk gamecube games working on wii u, using usbgx or wii flow

I know usually you have to name folders disk 1/disk 2 but how does this work if you have multiple games that have many disks

Using Nintendont, you only have to worry about naming your games like this example:

SD:/games/Resident Evil Zero/game.iso
SD:/games/Resident Evil Zero/disc2.iso

Nintendont does the swapping automatically whenever it's needed.

Read the OP of the Nintendont thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/

It's easy to follow.

Into USB Loader GX, yes. Latest official Wiiflow doesn't support it, but there's a mod that does, and it works great.

Just look for Wiiflow MasterMod here in GBATemp.
