Multiple console question

So I've previously modded my 2DS and recently I have got ahold of my friends old 3DS, and I've gone through the 3ds.hacks guide. My question is, can I put the sd card from the 2DS into the 3DS and play the games on it for the 3D effect or am I dead in the water?

The contents of each system are encrypted. So just switching the SD card will not work.

Hmm not the answer I was looking for but a answer nonetheless, and I thank you. I'll just repeat my previous excursions and set my 3DS up properly

Unless you want to go thru with dumping each game title. Installing it to the 3ds console, dumping each save from the 2ds, and injecting to the 3ds. Playing the 3ds for whatever you want. And once done. dumping and reinjecting the saves back to the 2ds if you care for them.

There isnt ever going to be a easy or magical way to do so otherwise.
