Will there ever be 2 player support with lameboy like wireless? Or is there 2 player support with Ez flash 3-in-1 so you can play multiplayer with GBA games with ad-hoc? Like with the GPSP emulator on the PSP you can play 2 players with a friend threw ad-hoc. Will this be ever available with the Nintendo DS?

I'd say it would be more feasible to emulate two copies of the game on the same DS, for trading purposes and such. The DS's ad-hoc library is rather buggy (and won't compile with the latest DevKitARM either) so I don't expect actual multiplayer to happen for a while.

I want to be able to go on wifi on an emulator but it is still not possible

I was talking about emulators on the DS. But you can go on WIFI with the DS emulator on the computer.

It's definitely not possible to make GBA games on the DS connect to another using WI-FI. When GBA function is booted it locks out all the other DS hardware which means you can't use the wireless function.

As for emulators, it's probably possible, but would be extremely difficult to do. I don't think anyone would want to invest all that time and effort.

Even if it were a success I imagine it the connections would be very sketchy and have tons of bugs that wouldn't be fixed for ages. If a problem is fixed in one area, 10 more might pop up in another. See what I'm getting at?

Only A team that is truly dedicated t o their work would be able to pull it off.

Not sure about the PSP... but there is no actual reason why this can't be done and done well... especially for less demanding games like GB/C and NES. I wouldn't think it'd even be particularly hard as long as there is a library that supports local wireless play... But I've never messed with any of the libraries... I assume there is one since wifi has been in homebrew for ages, but that doesn't necessarily mean adhoc support has been made/fully documented.

Now, if no one has created a library for that function yet then it'd be increadibly hard as it'd require figuring out what the difference between local and wifi is and getting that fully programmed. Even if there is already a library... it may just be too time consuming a feature that isn't likely to get a whole lot of use and is therefore not a priority for most/any emulators.

There is an ad-hoc library called liblobby, but it's still very experimental, and it no longer compiles in the latest version of DevKitPRO.
