Can I have frame rate and audio slowness on NTSC PS1 games on my PAL PS3 if using multiMAN or other backup managers like said here regarding NTSC PSOne Classics on PAL PS3s?

EDIT 2: I only use IRISMAN now and I decided to keep downloading only PAL PS1 games (and PAL PSOne Classics).
