Gaming Multi IM app with webcam and mic support?

I used to use pidgin but there was no webcam and mic support for msn which was a turn off for me so I ended up switching back to windows live messenger but I realize that I would rather have an all-in-one IM app. Is there one out there that supports video chatting?

I know its probably not the best answer, but none the less, i suggest that you keep all the IM'ing in pidgin and the voice and video chat in Skype, i mean literally almost everyone has it, and best of all its Free

Miranda IM has a webcam plugin iirc.
