There's the Fatmsmod prx but, it's been ages since it got updated and as far as I know many have problems with it (Ranging from slowing down the MS access to bricks due to the Flash0 modification).

I would only try it if you have a pandora at hand and an old 1k psp.

The fatmsmod only rolls the MS Access driver back to the 3.71 version. The only MS Speed boost is an intrinsic part of 5.00M33-6.
