Homebrew MPlayerWii_rodries data discs

Still don't work (and yes DVDX and co. is installed, can watch DVD's...)...Launched IMGBurn, select "Write Files/Folders to disc", throwed in mp3s, flvs, avis and burned it (ISO9660 + Joliet) but only get "path" and sometimes code dumps...

Maybe you should update your Tutorial in the DVD-Section a little bit, for Dummies like me

Just write a DVD DATA DISC via NERO and bang it in, DON'T USE DVD+RW -RW, they're shit, it wont find the path!

Just click Nero, or any burning program, select DVD DATA and that's it drop the files in and burn, PLAY simple?? i made a video on it at one point a while ago...

Maybe reinstall DVDX again, if your chipped patchmii, NOT CHIPPED normal!!

If still no look with different data discs tried, i don't know sorry...Play .avis perfect!

I'm not so dumb and use DVD-RW....they are bulls***...I always use DVD-R...it just don't work..will wait for a fixed version or give up...because it realy looks like I haven't done something wrong...

It has to work Blue-k, either your DVDX installation is wrong, maybe install LIBDI & PATCHMII aswell, i DID, and i told SPACEJUMP to HE'S GOT IT WORKING

Nope..burned a Data-Disc in Windows Media Player, uninstalled DVDX and installed the PatchMii-Version again...still only path and code dump...I'm also shure that I've installed PatchMii before...can I just install it again? Will try it...

yeah, look at my tutorial now iv'e edited it slightly.......
Run dvdx, patchmii, libdi........are you modded, if so only select pachmii instalations not "normal" normal is if your UNmodded!

If that wont work, your FUCKED, spacejumps works perfect when i told him how to do it...so it's weird.

I'm modded, so I uninstalled DVDX, installed it again (PatchMii), Installed Patchmii_Core, Installed libdi (PatchMii), restart...

Realy, I still only get "Path", if I press "A" I get a Code dump....Like I said, I burned the DVD in Windows Media Player...there's some mp3s and avis on it...what's wrong?

Bad? What's bad with the Discs? They are the same that I use for the Games (Verbatim), and what can I do wrong if I burn in Windows Media Player? Right, nothing...

Anyways, let's close this chapter, I will stay with USB and SD...

i wouldn't burn with media player like, use Nero or Imgburn.....
It's strange how it's code dumping you, make sure you have the data disc in before Pressing Play from DVD.

1. Installed Patchmii Core
2. Installed DVDx Patchmii install (cause I have a modchip)
3. Burned a data disc with Nero (ISO9660 + Joilet)

Worked perfectly on first try. Try Nero. Who knows how WMP burns discs.

If it's not working God knows, it works for me and many others, with or without chip and i'm chipped.....

I have a Jap Wii with firmware 3.1J. Do DVDx and PatchMii work on Jap Wiis also?

I install DVDx (even if I have Twlight Hack installed) and then I can playback .avis from DVD data discs?

OK and thats it? With the Twlight Hack installed and DVDx installed (without having Patchmi installed because I choose Normal Instalation which is those who DONT have a modchip like me) the MPlayerWii version that reads data DVDs should read the files inside and play them (if compatible)

You have to use this MPlayerWii version to read DVDs. You can also download it through the Homebrew Browser and load it also with the Media Forwarder.
