In share permissions you allow everyone to read so why are putting "tam" in the url? Have you tried changing permissions to Full control?
I have simple file sharing on, so many of the options are hidden. Have you tried it with just simple file sharing and letting windows set it up?
This was another one of my tests which was similar to the one DJ posted.
I've also tried it with:

i.e. Guest user (which is 'tam' and 'everyone') and it still doesn't work

exactly how i set mine up, i have 5 shares on 5 different partitions
Right click...sharing...share this folder on the network, apply ..done.... (with allow network users to change files disabled)
