Hacking "Movie Player" - Any pointers?

Ok .. to be specific this thread is to do with the release of the "Movie Player" Cart.

I know how to format movies to play them natively, I know there is a 10min restriction, I know there needs to be a certain file structure and yes I know the 3DS is not the best platform to what movies .. Im HOPING the movie player cart gets over some of these restricitions

I will spend more time today trying different ideas, but was wondering if anyone had any pointers yet on how to use it.
