So I have a 200GB SD Card in my switch with the newest Atmosphere. It is full and I don't want to download all the games again, I installed already.

So what is the easiest method, that the Switch thinks, the new 400GB is the same as the 200GB was? The installed one is on ExFat.

Simple as that:
Copy everything into a folder on your PC and then from that folder to the new card. Done.

Use the opportunity to format the new one to FAT32 though. Don't ever use exFAT, especially if you are using a CFW with homebrew. Can't say that often enough.

Before you do that do you have emunand or emummc setup?
If that is the case it may be slightly different as the card is partitioned in that process.

I used the SX OS bootmenu to create the emuNAND partition (works without SX OS licence btw) which left me with a FAT32 partition as well.

if you haven't already then it would be a good idea to look up tutorial about how to move emuNand to another sd card. I think the process is slightly different if there is a partition involved.

Yeah in case of an emuNAND you have to use the backup and restore feature (I guess even hekate has one built in now) or turn it into filebased.
