    1.can I use a motherboard for a 2000 model on my 2001 model?

2.what are the chances the motherboard will be on 3.60 and lower?

There's piracy, emulation, and game patches made by fans. I'm waiting for for proper PSX support, but who knows when that's coming?

I might just update since I wanna play the new Shantae.

Honestly though, just using a PSP is eons above and beyond using a Vita for PSP games. Namely memory card blunder. And there are plenty of Vita games, but indeed depends on what you like. Vita is for Gundam and fighting games like 3DS is for Monster Hunter and Pokemon.
