my cyclowiz is installed properly, everything has been checked, and the green light is solid. regular discs play, and everything is great. the problem comes with any other disc i might attempt to play.
i've tried 4 brands of dvd-r's, burn speeds from 1x to 16x, and everything in between. the drive makes a clicking and then grinding sounds with a dvd-r in there, but not with a regular disc. any advice on what i should do?
